Decision

1.        
To approve the one-year extension of the Oracle Fusion Cloud
support and maintenance contract with Evosys at an additional cost
of £225,000 for the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024.
This increases the total cost of the contract to £966,000
from 01 October 2020 to 31 March 2024.
 
2.        
To note the spend of £37,500 to 31 May 2023 of extending the
Oracle Fusion Cloud support and maintenance contract.
