Decision

1.   
To award the contract for Lot 1 to Blakedown Sport and Play for the
replacement of the all-weather pitch. The maximum contract value is
£205,177. The contract will run for six weeks from June
2023.
 

2.   
To award the contract for Lot 2 to Highlights Floodlighting Ltd for
the upgrade of the floodlighting across the all-weather pitch and
tennis courts. The maximum contract value is £67,280. The
contract will run for six weeks from June 2023.
 

3.   
To hire the services of the consultant for a fee of 3.7% of the
total contract value, estimated to be £10,080.91 for the
duration of the works.
