Decision

1.   
To agree the revocation of the existing criteria for distributing
funding under the Council’s Emergency Support
Scheme.

2.   
To agree the updated and expanded eligibility criteria for the
Council’s Emergency Support Scheme set at paragraph 2.4
below.

3.   
Delegated authority is given to the Programme Director Cost of
Living Crisis, acting in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Finance and the Cost of Living, to make minor amendments to the
above-mentioned eligibility criteria following
implementation.

4.   
To agree the framework for distribution of the £10m
comprising of the Household Support Fund, Council Tax Support Fund
and council monies as detailed in paragraph 2.2.
