Decision

To award to Ser Contractor Ltd the contract for works consisting of
the replacement of kitchen and bathrooms together with associated
works, contingencies and other costs to
a maximum of £2m to approximately 163 eligible tenanted
homes.It is anticipated the works will
commence during May 2023 for a contract period of nine
months.
