Decision

1.   
To grant a 10 year lease to Photofusion with an option to renew for a further
10 years of part of the lower ground floor and basement premises of
Brixton Rec Centre. An Agreement for Lease will be put in place to
enable the tenant to complete agreed works to the premises prior to
taking occupation.
 

2.   
To delegate to the Assistant Director: Valuation and Strategic
Assets (VASA) the detail of the final terms and conditions of the
lease in the best interest of the council.

 

3.   
To enter into a Service Level Agreement outlining the
tenant’s operation, commitments, roles and responsibilities at the premises to be
appended to the lease.
