Decision

1.        
To authorise the making of traffic management orders
to introduce all measures shown in the plan provided in Appendix A in relation
to:
- the extension of the existing Tulse
Hill CPZ; and
- the making permanent and extension of Phases 1 and 2a of the
Brockwell Park to Gipsy Hill Healthy Route respectively (between
Norwood Road and the A205 South Circular).
 

2.        
To consider all public responses received including
objections during the statutory consultation period (collected at
Appendices B, C and D and the Council’s response to these
representations (detailed in this report in section 2).
 

3.        
To consider the council’s statutory duties
under section 16 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 and section 122
of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984
 

4.        
To consider the
council’s statutory duties under the Equality Act 2010
including the discharge of the Public Sector Equality Duty and any
impact on Human Rights
 
5.        
To have regard to the EQIA’s (Appendices E and
F) prepared in respect of proposals referred to in this
report.
