Decision

1.   
To approve the award of a call-off
contract from the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) RM6017 Postal
Goods and Services Solutions Lot 6 Framework to Capita Business
Services Ltd for the provision of Digital Inbound and Outbound
Hybrid Mail Services for an initial contract term of four years
from 1 June 2023 to 31 May 2027 at a contract cost of
£4,755,145. 

 
2.   
To approve an option to extend the
contract for a further three single year extensions at
£1,152,462 per annum.  The
estimated total contract value for the maximum seven-year period is
therefore £8,212,531.
