To approve the award
of contract to the successful provider Juvenis for the Serious
Violence Tier 1 Universal Schools Programme.
The maximum contract
value will be £178,200.00 exc. VAT for the initial two (2)
years 1 July 2025-30 June 2026.
The contract commencement date will
be 1 July 2025 and will expire on 30 June 2027, with an option to
extend for a further one-year (2+1), at
the cost of £89,100 per year at
the discretion of the Authority – which if agreed, the end
date for this contract will be 30 June 2028. Including the extension the total cost is
£267,300.
The funding will be
allocated from the Lambeth Made Safer funding
stream. There is also provision for a one-year extension from 1
July 2027- 30 June 2028. Therefore, the maximum total amount of
funding (including the one-year extension) to be approved for the
service is £267,300.
To note that the
original budget for this service is £90,000 per annum to be
allocated via the ring fenced LMS funding stream; therefore, an
efficiency saving of £2,700 has been
secured through this procurement.
