Purpose

Approval for the procurement of
Multi-functional devices and managed printing services from Canon,
for efficient printing and scanning, with reduced carbon footprint,
and cost savings.

Decision

To approve the award of a call-off
contract under the CCS RM6174 Framework (Lot 3) for MFDs, Print
Management, and Digital Workflow Software within Managed Print
Services, running from 01 Jun 2025 to 31 May 2030, inclusive of two
12-month extensions.  The initial
three-year term (01 Jun 2025 to 31 May 2028) is valued at
£343,788.

 

To approve the delegation of
authority to the Corporate Director of Resident and Enabling
Services to award the extension of contract (from 01 Jun 2028 to 31
May 2030) The contract includes two optional 12-month extensions at
£114,596 per year, bringing the potential five-year total to
£572,980.
