Purpose

This report recommends that the construction contract for
undertaking works to 67 Loughborough Park be awarded to SER
Contractor Ltd, as the successful bidder for the contract sum of
£224,165.40 inclusive of contingency. The Section 20 Landlord
and Tenant Act consultation has now been concluded.
