Purpose

This report summarises the results of the
procurement process undertaken via the Council’s Dynamic
Purchasing System (DPS) to appoint a contractor for the renovation
of 67 Loughborough Park SW9 8TP.

This report recommends that the construction contract for
undertaking works to 67 Loughborough Park be awarded to SER
Contractor Ltd, as the successful bidder for the contract sum of
£224,165.40 inclusive of contingency. The Section 20 Landlord
and Tenant Act consultation has now been concluded.

Decision

1.        
To approve the award of contract to SER Contractor
Ltd, to carry out roof works, external and communal
work and associated works to 67 Loughborough Park SW9
8TP.

 

2.        
To note, the contract is expected to commence on 23
June 2025 and shall end on 19 December 2025 with an overall value
of £224,165.40 inclusive of contingency.
