Purpose

To revoke the availability of Discretionary
Charitable Relief in respect of Lambeth CIL and agree a timetable
for withdrawal.

Decision

1.           
To revoke the availability of Discretionary
Charitable Relief in respect of Lambeth CIL.

 

2.           
If the Cabinet Member is minded to revoke its policy
in respect of Discretionary Charitable Relief, to approve the
Statement for the Withdrawal of Discretionary Charitable Relief
provided in Appendix B.
 

3.           
If recommendation 2 is approved, to instruct the
Corporate Director of Climate and Inclusive Growth to arrange for
the publication of the statement on the Council’s website no
later than 15 July 2025.
