Purpose

Proposal to retender a contract for delivery
of Facilities Management Hard Services for the Lambeth Corporate
Estate to commence 1 October 2025.

Decision

To award the contract for Hard FM
Services delivery as follows:

Lot 1 to Integral UK
Ltd for an estimated contract value of £16.5m for the
duration of 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2030 with an option to
extend for a further two (2) years (1+1) to the 30 September 2032
for an estimated total contract value of £23.1m

Lot 2 to Integral for an estimated contract value of
£2m for the duration of 1 October 2025 to 30 September
2030 with an option to extend for a further two (2) years (1+1) to
the 30 September 2032 for an estimated total contract value of
£2.8m
 
·      
Lot 3 to Integral UK Ltd for an estimated contract value of
£2.5m for the duration of 1 October 2025 to 30
September 2030 with an option to extend for a further two (2) years
(1+1) to the 30 September 2032 for an estimated total contract
value of £3.5m
