The total value of these contracts will exceed

period, therefore in line with Council’s governance, this
activity will need to be added to the Council’s forward
plan.
Decision

To approve the award of a contract for the provision of one-to-one and
group-based support for young parents up to the
age of 25 of children antenatally and to age
fourto St Michael’s Fellowship. The contract will
run from 1 July 2025 to
30 June 2028 at a value of £175,000 per
year and total value of
£525,000,
with the optionto extend for
the period of one plus
one year to 30 June 2030 for a maximum
contract value of
£875,000.

To approve the award of
a contract for the provision of financial advice and support services
to cover money management, debt and
housing adviceto Citizen’s Advice Merton and Lambeth (CAML).The contract will run from 1 July 2025 to 30 June
2028 at a value of £90,000 per year and total value of
£270,000, with the option to extend for the period of one
plus one year to 30 June 2030 for a maximum contract value of
£450,000.
