Purpose
The removal of the existing rendered cladding
system and replace with an external wall insulation (EWI) system
that meets current building regulation, along with associated works
to the Loughborough Estate.
The scope of works also includes for the renewal of the aluminum
framed windows to individual properties along with the roof which
is beyond economic repair. The upgrading of the heating system will
also be undertaken.

carryout remediation of the external wall insulation (EWI) and

on the Loughborough Estate for a contract sum of

July 2025 to 25 July 2027.
