Purpose

Contract for five year Support and Maintenance
for the NEC Housing Solution used by Housing and Revenues and
Benefits.

Decision

To note the spend of
£68,373 for the three-month support and maintenance contract
with NEC from 1 April – 30 June 2025.
To approve the award
of a support and maintenance contract to NEC Software Solutions UK
Ltd (NEC) for the Housing Management System through a direct award
on the Crown Commercial Services Vertical Application Solutions
Framework RM6259 Lot 3: Housing, Environmental and Planning
Solutions, for a duration of five years, commencing
1 July 2025 to 30 June 2030 at a contract cost of
£1,203,942.43. The contract includes no provision to extend
for further years
