Purpose

1.         
Having given consideration
to representations and objections received during statutory
consultation (Appendix D) to agree to the implementation of all
measures as shown in Appendix E and Appendix F, at an estimated
cost of £14,000 to be implemented in June 2025.

2.         
To make traffic management orders for the parking
restrictions under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 124 and Schedule 1 and
Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984.

3.         
To exercise discretion not to hold a public
inquiry.
