Decision

1.   To note the spend of £171,000 up to
July 2024 for joint project delivery costs incurred by Oasis
Community Learning (OCL), relating to the Oasis Academy Johanna
project which will be charged against the revenue budget and funded
by either the feasibility reserve or service revenue budget in
2025/26.
 
2.   To approve the allocation of £300,000
capital funding from the Capital Investment Programme feasibility
theme for feasibility work to assess development opportunities in
the Waterloo area from September 2025 to March 2027.
 
3.   To delegate authority to the Corporate
Director of Climate and Inclusive Growth, in consultation with the
Deputy Leader of the Council (Housing, Investment and New Homes),
for project specific future spend of this allocation, in line with
the Council’s contract standing orders.
