Decision

To approve the award
of a one-year contract to Plentific, procured through Procurement
for Housing (PfH), for the provision of the Repairs Manager
platform to manage disrepair works from October 2025 to October
2026. The annual contract value is £66,975 inclusive of a 5%
discount. A one-time integration cost of £30,000, is applied
in the first year, bringing the total Year 1 cost to £95,475.
The contract includes an option to extend for a further year at
£66,975, excluding the one-time integration element.
Therefore, the proposed maximum total contract value over the full
term is £163,950. This platform will be used alongside the
existing term contractors, with all costs to be met by the Housing
Revenue Account (HRA) within existing disrepair
budgets.
