Decision

1.         
To approve the direct award of the Materials
Provision contract to Travis Perkins Ltd, who are ranked number one
on the Procurement for Housing Material Supply and Associated
Services Framework, for an initial three years at an annual value
of £300,000, commencing October 2025 until October 2028, the
contract value for the initial three years is £900,000 with
two optional one-year extensions bringing the total contract value
£1,500,000.

2.         
To note, the current spend from April 2025 to September 2025 for
approximately £118,173.03.

3.         
To note, the expenditure for this procurement was
approved by Spend Control Panel on the 3 July 2025.
