Streatham Hill LTN as set out in the report and Appendix B.
To note the Equality Impact
Assessment attached to this report as Appendix D.
Having given consideration to the
objections and representations received during the statutory
objection period and the officer responses to that feedback
(Appendix B) and the EqIA (Appendix D), to agree to authorise the
making of Traffic Management Orders under the provisions of
sections 6, 45, 49, 124 and Schedule 1 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of
the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for the implementation of
highway changes to the Streatham Hill LTN as illustrated in the
drawings attached in Appendix C.
It is not considered that holding a
public inquiry pursuant to Regulation 9 of the Local Authorities
Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996
would provide further information that would assist the Council in
reaching a decision in this matter at this stage and for that
reason it is recommended that the decision maker exercise their
discretion not to hold such an inquiry.
To approve the projected spend of
£20,788 expected by 20 December 2025.
