Purpose

The South Bank and Waterloo Neighbours (SoWN)
Neighbourhood Forum designation lapsed on 19 February 2024. A
consultation will be held for 12 weeks on an application to
redesignate the Forum. Following that consultation, this report
seeks a decision on whether to redesignate the Forum.

Decision

 

To consider the responses received
to the consultation undertaken for the redesignation of South Bank
and Waterloo Neighbourhood Forum as the neighbourhood forum for the
South Bank and Waterloo neighbourhood area, included at Appendix
C.

 

To approve the redesignation of the
South Bank and Waterloo Neighbourhood Forum, taking into account
the application set out in Appendix A. This is expected to take
effect by 15 December 2025.
