Decision

To accept the
Blenheim Gardens Estate (BGE) Resident Management
Organisation’s (RMO) contribution of £1,000,000
towards the funding of retrofit measures to improve the energy
efficiency of an additional (circa) forty-two homes from the Warm
Homes: Social Housing Fund Wave 3 to follow on from the SHDF Wave
2.2 contract which is currently onsite.

To approve the
allocation of £500,000 from the Carbon Offset Fund to co-fund
the retrofit of up to twenty-one homes on the Blenheim Gardens
Estate.

To accept the Warm
Homes Social Housing Fund 3 grant (DESNZ) for this site of
£346,500. This being part of a total grant for two sites,
whereby the second site will be procured separately.
4.
To call-off as a
direct award Wates Property Services Ltd from Lot2e of the
Greener Futures Partnership (GFP) framework to deliver energy efficiency measures
(EEMs) to 42 homes commencing December 2025 to March 2027 for an
anticipated contract value of £1,457,800.
5.
To call-off as a direct award Energy Specifics Ltd from Lot 3e of
the GFP framework to offer the consultancy services of retrofit
assessments, acting as PAS2035 Retrofit Co-ordinator, retrofit
design and as contract administrator, all which are an essential
requirement of this provision for the value of £170,860.
