September 2026, maintaining statutory provision during
recommissioning process.

Decision

To seek approval to extend the
existing contractual arrangements for Lots 1-3 (After School,
Weekends and School Holidays) of the Short Breaks Service for the
following providers:

i.              
Christ Church Oxford United Club t/a Ovalhouse Theatre
ii.             
Lifelong Family Links
iii.            
Oasis Children Venture (Stockwell)
iv.           
Whippersnappers
 

This report proposes the extension,
as noted in paragraph 1.2, of the existing contractual arrangements
from 01 January 2026 to the 30 September 2026 and the estimated
value of the extension period is £1,230,250.
