Purpose

The Quarter 3 2025/26 Budget Monitoring Report
will set out the Council’s latest forecast year end position
for revenue and capital expenditure and income, including
management actions being taken, financial performance information
including income collection, debt recovery, treasury management and
reserves. The report will contain decisions relating to capital and
revenue expenditure, savings and income that will address the
council’s financial position both in year and for future
years.
