Decision

1.         
That upon receipt of payment of £9,080 from
the applicant, to approve the spend by the Council to commence the
stopping up order processes. The Council will publish a notice of
intent to make an order (the “Order”) under Section
247(2A) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (the
“Act”) to remove (“stop up”) the part of
Upper Ground and Cornwall Road as illustrated on drawing no.
0422H-SK0044 Revision A, Doon Street development stopping up (found
in Appendix A).

 
2.         
That upon receipt of payment of £9,080 from
the applicant, to approve the spend by the Council to commence the
stopping up order processes. The Council will publish a notice of
intent to make an order (the “Order”) under Section
247(2A) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (the
“Act”) to remove (“stop up”) the part of
Woodgate Drive and Streatham Vale as illustrated on drawing no.
SV-OCSC-XX-XX-DR-C-0114, 100 Woodgate Drive development stopping up
(found in Appendix B).
 
3.         
That if, by the end of the 28-day consultation
period, no objections have been received, or any objections
received are withdrawn, then the Assistant Director of
Infrastructure, Environment, Public Realm and Climate Change
Delivery will request that the Order be made as an unopposed
Order.
 
4.         
If objections are received and are not withdrawn and
the Mayor of London decides that an inquiry is necessary, the
Council shall cause an inquiry to be held.
