Homecare Ltd, Bliss Care And Training Ltd, Spring Consult UK Ltd,
at an estimated cost of £325,000 per annum and with a total
contract value of £1,300,000. To start on 01 March 2026 and
end on 28 February 2030.

 

2.     Lot 2
Adults Mental Health: To approve the contract award for the
provision of specialist home care to Blue Cross Healthcare Services
Ltd, Mercury Care Services Ltd, Oasis Care and Training Agency,
Ozumba Training and Consultancy
Services Ltd, City Care Agency Ltd, Happy Living Care, Allfor Care Services Ltd, Supreme Care Services
Ltd, SC Galaxy Care Ltd, D-Triumph Care Ltd, at an estimated cost
of £225,000 per annum and with a total contract value of
£900,000. To start on 01 March 2026 and end on 28 February
2030.

Adults Learning Disabilities: To approve the contract award for the
provision of specialist home care to Blue Cross Healthcare Services
Ltd, Mercury Care Services Ltd, Oasis Care and Training Agency,
Finch Support Services Ltd, Care Quality Services Ltd, Lewisham
Nexus Services, Ozumba Training and
Consultancy Services Ltd, H&M Care Agency, J.C. Michael Groups
Ltd, MMR Homecare Ltd, at an estimated cost of £1,400,000 per
annum and with a total contract value of £5,600,000. To start
on 01 March 2026 and end on 28 February 2030.

provision of specialist home care to Jome Healthcare Ltd, Care Quality Services
Ltd, Willboag
Ltd, Supreme Care Services Ltd, 365 Divine Care Ltd,
Finch Support Services Ltd, Metro Homecare Ltd, Bliss Care and
Training Ltd, Blue Ocean Services Ltd, Sanctus Care Group Ltd,
Oasis Care and Training Agency, Happy Living Care, Humble
Healthcare Ltd, at an estimated cost of £3,234,000 per
annum and with a total contract value of £12,936,000. To
start on 01 March 2026 and end on 28 February 2030.
