Decision

To approve the programme costs of
£130,035 through these two sources of ringfenced grant
funding (Workwell grant funding of
£89,743 and Individual Placement Support funding of
£40,292) prior to the commissioning of this activity which
will be completed in February 2026, ensuring spend within the
deadline of 31 March 2026.

To approve the proposal to
commission two pieces of work using the above ringfenced grant
funding.

 
a)   
Improving pathways into employment from frontline services:
research, design and delivery of training for frontline service
workers to improve referrals and access to employment support for
Disabled residents and residents with other barriers to employment
who are already accessing non-employment related frontline services
e.g. housing, social care, and healthcare.
b)   
Lambeth Inclusive Employer Toolkit: research and produce
resources, including digital resources, to provide practical
support and resources to employers to implement best practice
inclusive workplace measures.
