Purpose

Decision to designate an initial phase of high
streets in Lambeth to deploy the High Street Rental Auction (HSRA)
powers, and to approve the spend of a revenue grant from the GLA to
deliver a HSRA programme by the end of 2026.

Decision

 
1.            
To approve the pilot of the High Street Rental
Auction (HSRA) designations across the borough.
2.            
To approve the spend of the £50,000 revenue grant from the
Greater London Authority (GLA) to deliver a HSRA programme by 31
December 2026.
3.            
To delegate authority for the finalising of the HSRA implementation
criteria and the serving of Notices for HSRA auction to the Cabinet
Member for Economic Inclusion and the Director for Regeneration,
Growth and Capital Investment.
