Decision

1.         
To approve licensed deficits totalling
£12.182m for the 22 schools listed in Appendices 1 and 2.
Noting that schools will still run the in-year deficit if approval
is refused, but that approval sets tighter conditions and
monitoring that should also help with the schools’ longer
term financial positions.
 

2.     To note the work being
undertaken to identify the actions required to address the
schools’ deficit position.
