Purpose

To approve alterations to existing
micromobility agreements with operators that provide a service in
the borough

Decision

1.            
To have due regard to the Equalities Impact Assessment at Appendix
B.
2.            
To approve the Council’s Memorandum of Understanding with
dockless bike operators set out in Appendix A starting in March
2026 ending in March 2028.
3.            
To delegate authority to the Assistant Director Climate Change and
Strategic Transport to finalise, sign, amend and renew the
agreement as necessary, in consultation with the Deputy Leader of
the Council (Sustainable Lambeth and Clean Air).
