Purpose

To proceed with the procurement and award of new contract (s) to deliver both Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) /Fire Door Inspections across the Council’s housing stock, and the completion of intrusive structural surveys.

Decision

1. To approve a direct award to Tersus Ltd via the Procurement for Housing (PfH) framework for the delivery of Fire Risk Assessments and Fire Door Inspections, at a value of £1,906,255.60 for the initial three?year term. The contract will run from July 2026 to July 2029, with the option to extend for a further two consecutive one?year periods, bringing the maximum total contract value to £3,177,092.65.
2. To approve the appointment of Wilde Ltd through a direct call?off from the Lambeth Facilities Management framework to undertake intrusive structural surveys across up to eight high?rise buildings. The 16?month contract will run from July 2026 to November 2027, at a total cost of £164,500.
