The Cabinet Member for Stronger Communities decided on 02/02/2024 to approve updates to the Council’s Estate Regeneration Programme Voids Strategy. The updated strategy will allow for decisions on reletting void properties to be made on a case-by-case basis after assessment against defined factors.
