Purpose

ckwell Live event 2024.

Decision

1.         
To approve and issue a Park Event Permit allowing
Brockwell Live to be held in Brockwell Park between 24 May and 2
June 2024, subject to the Events Service protocols and terms and
conditions of hire. Brockwell Live consists of the following
festivals: Project 6, Wide Awake, Cross The Tracks, City Splash, Brockwell Bounce
(free-to-enter community festival) and Mighty Hoopla.
 

2.         
To approve expenditure of up to £45,000 by
Lambeth to support delivery of the event.

3.         
To approve the recommendations as outlined in the
Event Services Manager review.
