Decision

(1)       
To make traffic management orders facilitating the installation of
81 cycle hangars at the locations set out in Appendix A  and Appendix B, following consideration of
representations and objections received during the statutory
consultation as detailed in this report and set out in Appendix F
(Objections to Cycle hangars) and Appendix G (Support for Hangars).
Total cost of £349,000 to be funded from the
existing project budget for Cycle Hangars project within the
Parking theme of the existing Capital Investment programme
(CIP), with on-street parking bay amendments and cycle
hangar installations anticipated to be implemented by the end of
July 2024.

To have regard to the Equality Impact Assessment prepared for the
purposes of this report (Appendix H)

To exercise discretion not to hold a public inquiry pursuant to
Regulation 9 of the Local Authorities Traffic Orders (Procedure)
(England and Wales) Regulations 1996.
