Purpose

To award contract for 5 years with the option
to extend for a further 2 years for the Lambeth Prevention Front
Door Service.

The aim of this service is to provide information, advice and
signposting alongside the adult social care Information, Contact
and Assessment Service. This builds on the pilot service started in
July 2021 and is part of the improvements being made in Adult
Social Care to streamline the ‘front-door’ offer.

Decision

1.    
To approve the contract award for the Lambeth Adult Social Care
Prevention Front Door service to Age UK Lambeth at an estimated
cost of£233,742 per annum with a total contract value,
including extensions, of £1,636,194. The contract will run
for four years 2024-2028 with an expected start date of 01 July
2024, with an option to extend for up to three years, to 2031.
