Purpose

Oracle Fusion Cloud is the Council’s
Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) tool. It is used to manage
business critical functions such as Human Resources (HR), Payroll,
Finance, and Procurement. The Council has a contract with
Evolutionary Systems Company Limited t/a Evosys to provide
essential third-party support and maintenance for this key Council
application which runs to 31 May 2024.

It is proposed to undertake procurement of Oracle Fusion Cloud
Third-party support services via G-Cloud framework.

Decision

1.    
To award a contract to Mastek Systems Ltd for the
provision of Oracle Fuson Cloud Third
Party Support via a Direct Award throughthe Crown Commercial
Services (CCS) G-Cloud 13 Framework at a cost of £356,600,
(£178,300 per year) over the initial two-year contract period
from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2026. The contract includes provision
to extend for up to an additional two years in
annual increments -at an additional cost of £392,000,
bringing the total cost of the contract to £748,600 and
extending the end date to 31 May 2028.
