Contract for annual support and Maintenance
for the Mosaic system used by Adults and Children’s Social
Care and Finance

Decision

To
approve award of the proposed contract to Access UK Limited for the
Support and Maintenance of the Mosaic Adults and Children’s
Social Care system through a direct award on the CCS Vertical
Application Solutions Framework RM6259 for a duration of three
years running from the 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2027 at a contract
cost of £566,196.  The contract
includes provision to extend for up to three years in annual
increments at an additional cost of £566,196, bringing the
total cost of the contract to £1,132,392.
