Purpose

To approve the procurement strategy outlined
in this report to enter into a direct negotiation with Guy’s
and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) with King’s
College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (KCH) for the recommissioning
of Integrated Sexual Health Services (ISHS) for a period of three
years with the option for two extensions for two years each,
subject to council approval.
Public Health ISHS contracts with GSTT and KCH are held by Lambeth
on behalf of both Lambeth and Southwark Councils.
Lambeth are the lead commissioning organisation for ISHS on behalf
of Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham, for which a tripartite
agreement is in place

Decision

1.      
To approve the variation of the ISHS provided by
GSTT, commissioned by Lambeth Council as lead party on behalf of
Lambeth and Southwark local authorities, in the sum of
£1,341M to cover an extension for the period from 1 April
2024 to 30 September 2024.
