Decision

(1)  
To agree to extend the existing contract with
contractors/pharmacies for 3 months (1 April 2024 – 30 June
2024) until the new service (Pharmacy Alliance) has mobilised to
prevent a gap in service provision.

 

(2)  
To agree the proposed direct award to Pharmacy Alliance for a
two-year contract with the option of two one-year contract
extensions (1+1) for the management and delivery of community
pharmacy-based Sexual Reproductive Health services for a combined
maximum value of £120,000 per annum. Award provided to
Pharmacy Alliance will be activity based and will for the
sub-contracting of Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and 20
Lambeth community pharmacies.

 

(3)  
To note the contract will commence from 1 April 2024 to 31 March
2026, with two one-year extensions up to 31 March 2028. The maximum
contract value with the two extension years included is
£480,000.
