Decision

1.           
To approve HFL Homes acquisition of two (2) social rent homes and
four (4) shared ownership homes from HFL Build at Hydethorpe Road,
and 19 social rent homes from HFL Build at Patmos Lodge.
 
2.           
To authorise officers to negotiate and enter into loan agreements
and to make loan facilities totalling £6,050,000 available to
HFL Homes, as necessary, for HFL Homes to acquire the affordable
homes at Hydethorpe Road and Patmos Lodge from HFL
Build.
 
3.           
To authorise officers to enter into the necessary security
agreement and any other legal agreement necessary to enable the
completion of the loan agreement.
 
4.           
To authorise officers to pay over GLA subsidy totalling
£3,199,596, received by the council for these projects, to
HFL Homes
