Decision

1.         
To approve the variation to the JCT Intermediate contract with
Borras Construction Limited for a sum of £972,896 from May
2024 to March 2025 for a total contract sum of
£4,704,671.
2.         
To approve £230,794 in activity-based costs bringing the
total additional costs of the project to £1,203,690.
3.         
To accept and drawdown the additional grant of £599,103 under
the existing terms and conditions with NLHF.
4.         
To allocate £604,587 from the currently unallocated theme
budget for Communities within the existing Lambeth Capital
Investment Programme (CIP) approved by Cabinet in July 2020.
5.         
To allocate £327,000 from the unallocated Contingency budget
within the existing CIP to fund the budget shortfall against the
existing approved project budget.
