Decision

1.    
To award to NRT Group Ltd the contract for the installation of the
Landlords Door Entry System at Cubitt House on the Oaklands Estate,
to the sum of £111,208.28 inclusive of a contingency.
It is anticipated, subject to formal consultation
with leaseholders, the works shall commence from July 2024
for a contract period of five months.
