Decision

1)     
That having considered the representations received during
statutory consultation under section 16 of the London Local
Authorities and Transport for London Act 2013 and officer comments
as outlined in this report and in Appendix A, to agree the
implementation of new lamp column electric vehicle charge points
from July 2024 at the locations outlined in Table 4 at a total cost
of £380,000.

2)     
That having considered the representations received during
statutory consultation for an experimental traffic management order
under the provisions of sections 9, 10, 124, Schedule 1 and Part IV
of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and officer
comments as outlined in this report and in Appendix A, to agree the
list of new lamp column electric vehicle charge point recharging
parking bays at the locations outlined in Table 4 in this report
and to make the experimental traffic management order and implement
the proposals.

3)     
To have regard to the Equality Impact Assessment (EIA) undertaken
concerning the electric vehicle charge point proposals as detailed
in Appendix B.
