Decision

1.    
To note the spend from 1 April to 31 July
2024 for an amount of £459, 927.667
 

2.    
To approve the extension of three
contracts to the provider St Mungo’s for the provision of
supported accommodation for single vulnerable adults for the period
of two years from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2026 at a total value of
£2,229,674. 
 

3.    
To award a contract to St Mungo’s
for the provision of Lambeth Vulnerable Adults North Patch for the
period of two years from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2026 at a total
value of £479,892 (without auxiliary
costs).
 

4.    
To accept, in principle any associated
auxiliary costs, of up to £25,000, that St Mungo’s
incur by taking on the Lambeth Vulnerable Adults’ North Patch
contract.
