Purpose

The decision will need to be made to appoint a
principal contractor to deliver Mechanical and Electrical works at
Sunnyhill and Heron Academy Primary Schools

Decision

To approve the award
of contract to Oakray Limited to carry out mechanical and
electrical works to Sunnyhill and Heron Academy Primary Schools
totalling £502,423, with works commencing July 2024 and
completing by September 2024. The total project cost of
£709,107 is made up of the works contract, a client held
contingency, consultant fees, statutory fees and staff
capitalisation, which will be detailed in the Part II
report.
