Purpose

The proposed decision recommends the
procurement of a contract to deliver the replacement of kitchens
and bathrooms to tenanted homes up to the value of £1m on the
Leigham Court Road Estate.

Decision

1.           
To approve the award of contract to Durkan Ltd to carry out the
refurbishment of an estimated 50 kitchens and bathrooms on the
Leigham Court Road Estate for an overall value of £1m,
commencing on 27 July 2024 and running to 25 November 2024.
