Purpose

Public Health have been awarded £137,000
from the Net Zero Innovation Fund and with this we seek to use part
of this to purchase a fully electric vehicle to replace the current
diesel Health and Wellbeing Bus which is leased. By purchasing a
battery operated electric vehicle, we are aligning the Health and
Wellbeing Bus team to Lambeth’s climate ambitions as laid out
in the Borough Plan, Lambeth 2030.

Decision

To agree purchase and
delivery of the electric vehicle with provider GM Minibus by July
2024 at a cost of £114,977.
