Decision

To note the award of a contract to
AT Medics for the provision of automated performance and quality
reports for General Practice public health and primary care schemes
for the period 1 April 2022 – 31 March 2023 at a cost of
£82,500, which was not the subject of a published decision
report.

 

To note the extension of the
contract with AT Medics for the period 1 April 2023 to 31 March
2024 at a cost of £62,500, which was not the subject of a
published decision report.

 

To waive clause 9.2 of the Lambeth
Contract Standing Orders (competition requirement for purchases and
partnership arrangements) for reasons of Demonstrable Best Interest
and Exigencies of Service to extend the contract with AT Technology
Services Ltd for one year commencing 1 April 2024 and ending 31
March 2025 at a cost of £178,000, for an aggregate contract
value of £323,000.

 

To note expenditure of £29,667
(included in the contract value of £323,000) already incurred
for the period 1 April 2024 and ending 31 March 2025 without formal
delegated decision authorisation.
