Decision

1.         
To approve the appointment of Hughes and Associates Property
Services Ltd to Lot 1 for FRA Remedial Works to the North of the
Borough at annual maximum contract value of £471,545
commencing in September 2024 and running until August 2027, the
total tender sum for the initial three years being
£1,414,635, with two possible further extensions of one year
each making the total contract value £2,357,724.

 
2.         
To approve the appointment of Nene Valley Fire and Accoustic to Lot
2 for FRA Remedial Works to the Southof the Borough at an annual
maximum contract value of £433,549, starting in September
2024 and running until August 2027, the total tender sum for the
initial three years being £1,300,647, with two possible
further extensions of one year each making the total contract value
£2,167,747.
