Purpose
Following an open procurement exercise the
council proposes to select provider/s to deliver solutions for
temporary resourcing.
Decision
1.
To award a contract to Matrix SCM for lot 1 (social
care) from 1 August 2024 until 31 July 2030 at an estimated value
of £135m, with an option to extend the contract up to a
further two years in annual increments to the 31 July 2032 for an
additional £45m. The total value
of the contract including the option to extend is £180m over
eight years.

To award a contract to Constellia Ltd for Lot 2
(statement of works) from 1 August 2024 until 31 July 2030 at an
estimated value of £60m, with an option to extend the
contract up to a further two years in annual increments to the 31
July 2032 for an additional £20m.
The total value of the contract including the option to extend is
£80m over eight years.

To award a contract to Goodman Masson for Lot 3
(temporary teams) from 1 August 2024 until 31 July 2030 at an
